# Sponsor a Cleanup With Humanity Cares

Humanity Cares is a Miami 501(c)(3) public charity that runs beach cleanups and cultural activations. It operates legally as Waveway Foundation Inc., EIN 33-4547181, and has been recognised tax-exempt since April 9, 2025. ## How does sponsoring a Humanity Cares cleanup work?

A sponsor funds one complete cleanup, covering supplies, permits, the silent-disco DJ set and the weigh-in at the end. There are four tiers, and each one states the volunteer count it covers and the branding it carries. ## Is a sponsorship tax-deductible?

Humanity Cares is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 33-4547181, so a sponsorship may be tax-deductible. The deductible portion depends on the benefits a sponsor receives in return, which is a question for the sponsor's own tax adviser.
